With these words, about a year ago, I began my adventure in the world of culinary art, an experience born in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which, at least in Italy, left us closed at home for an entire season of work in smart-working and national lockdown. You could not go out except for a few needs and time seemed to have stopped. On this occasion, also to escape from that surreal state, I started to turn on the stove and experiment with recipes in the kitchen, assuming that I have always loved cooking and experimenting with recipes immensely.

Unfortunately, due to the food problems I suffer from, mostly linked to gluten and lactose intolerances, on many occasions I have had to give up eating many foods and dishes. Not to mention the extreme impossibility of finding healthy gluten-free or lactose-free food when I lived abroad: a waste of energy to find products, as well as cheap.

Hence the idea of creating a culinary project dedicated to everyone, but especially to those who are intolerant to both gluten and lactose, presenting recipes that are not only tasty, but also special and well presented as if they were the courses of a restaurant. in order to show you that, with a good dose of imagination and creativity, nowadays everyone can eat everything.
